Funding Transparency (Affiliate Compensation & Product Recommendations)

Cystic Fibrosis Alternative Alliance may receive compensation through Affiliate partnerships with aligned companies, but as a non profit all funds are put back into the organization to help other patients and families. (All founders and board members are on a volunteer basis only.) Including but not limited to; Donations and crowdfunding for ongoing projects, Speaking engagements and educational partnerships, & Merchandise and educational material sales.

Our revenue comes directly from our community and ethical partnerships. We do not accept funding from pharmaceutical companies, government health agencies, or organizations with conflicts of interest. Our independence is non-negotiable.

The CFAA shares resources and educational matters of significant public interest to those with cystic fibrosis. Our content is protected under First Amendment freedoms of speech. Cystic Fibrosis Alternative Alliance and associated entities provide content for educational and informational purposes.
